2　訂正内容　2ページ4段38行目、2?中「令和1・2・3年度法務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一規格）において、「物品の販売」または「役務の提供等」であってC以上の等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。」を「令和1・2・3年度法務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において、「物品の販売」または「役務の提供等」であってC以上の等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。ただし、直近下位の等級であっても、本件契約と同程度の履行実績を有する者については、当該実績を証する書面を提出の上、別途審査により認められた場合には、入札に参加することができる。」に、3ページ2段6行目、5?（3）「Have grade “A, B, C, or D in offer of services etc.” in terms of the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021. 」を「Have grade A, B or C “Sale of product” in terms of the qualification for participating in tender related to the ministry of Justice (the standardized qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021. If you have some experiences of the execution similar to this contract, you can participate in the bid by submitting the document which is able to proof that experience, being permitted through another examination, even if your latest grade was lower. 」にそれぞれ訂正する。
