2　訂正内容　25ページ4段目　2?「令和2年8月26日 (2020年8月26日)（水）までに以下の書類（以下「申請書等」という。）を提出し、一般競争入札参加資格の必要条件を満たすことの確認を受けた者であること。」を、「令和2年10月1日 (2020年10月1日)（木）までに以下の書類（以下「申請書等」という。）を提出し、一般競争入札参加資格の必要条件を満たすことの確認を受けた者であること。」に、26ページ1段目　2?「以下の1）及び2）の許可要件に合致する土壌処理施設を単独、又は他者と共同して使用できる者であること。
　1）重金属含有土の処理について、土壌汚染対策法第22条第1項の汚染土壌処理業の許可を受けた者、又は同条同項の汚染土壌処理業の許可を受けている処理施設を使用して土壌処理をすることが証明できる者。なお、重金属含有土については、次に示す重金属を含む土壌をいう。
　・鉛　（溶出）　0．01mg／L＜（土壌溶出量）≦0．1mg／L
　・砒素（溶出）　0．01mg／L＜（土壌溶出量）≦0．1mg／L
　・フッ素（溶出）　0．01mg／L＜（土壌溶出量）≦0．1mg／L
　2）酸性土の処理について、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律第14条第6項の許可を受けた者、又は同条同項の汚染土壌処理業の許可を受けている処理施設を使用して土壌処理をすることが証明できる者。
　なお、酸性土とは空気や水にさらされる環境下において酸化し、pH値が5．8以下を示す酸性が高い溶出水が発生する恐れがある鉱物を含む土壌をいうが、重金属含有土を含んでいる。」を「以下の許可要件に合致する土壌処理施設を単独、又は他者と共同して使用できる者であること。

　なお、施設毎の処理能力を入札説明書に記載する。」を、「重金属含有土及び酸性土を次のとおり受け入れることができる者であること。
