2　訂正内容
　第1号2?中「役務の提供等」を「物品の販売」に、6?（3）中「Provision of services」を「sale of product」に訂正。
　第4号2?中「第1号に同じ」を「平成31・32・33年度又は令和1・2・3年度農林水産省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）「役務の提供等」において「A」又は「B」の等級に格付されている者であること。」に訂正、6?中「, ?, ?, ?」を削除、6?の次に「? and ?The same with notice above (No. 2)
　(1)　Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures　: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall　:
　（1）　not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
　（2）　not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
　（3）　have the Grade “A” or “B” in terms of qualification “Provision of services” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
　（4）　meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
　（5）　Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.」を追加
